Should the Dixie Chicks play the SUPERBOWL HALF TIME SHOW ?

This would be a big mistake! Why does the entertainment buss try to shove the dixie chicks down the publics throat. The public has put their money where their heart is. They have made it clear they no longer care for this group no matter what they sing. Like rap music and others they have limited thmselves to a small ignorant audience. Natalie is young and stupid.

Hell, NO! Since they obviously have no respect fa this wondaful country, they should just get out! I'd like ta see how far they get in some otha country, like Iraq. It's bad enough ta talk **** about ya country when ya in it, but it's a whole notha ball game when ya take ya big yap ovaseas ta London! Natalie Maines is a stuck up smartass, that doesn't desuv tha privalage of livin in tha good ole U.S.A.!!! Tha Dixie Chicks are tha last people I would eva want to represent my country!!!
Reply:i personally would love to see them perform at the superbowl half time show. i love them and their music. i think though that the tv staions would get extremely low ratings if they did. it would be bad financially for them.

Reply:No, the COUNTRY has not made anything clear. The red-necked and tight-knitted country music Bubbas made a stand. But, the DC triumphed and strategically revamped and made a smart transition to the pop scene where they were welcomed with open arms.


And although it took some time, George Bush proved to be just as big of a let down and a flop as the DC had insinuated. He is an embarrassment to this Great Nation.
