Should there be "Teen" Yahoo Answers AND "Adult" Yahoo Answers?

Some of these questions are highly inappropriate for teens and adolesents. I've seen some 10-11 year olds on here, and content too out of their range. Its goes Vice versa too. Some of the questions younger audiences ask are not for those of the adults. And sometimes is annoying too when they are like "Plz h3re " and stuff like that. What do you think?

A specific teen site could be used as a vehicle for paedophiles to groom youngsters. I know what you mean though.


I think parents should be responsible for knowing what their children are viewing on the Internet.

Reply:Teenagers should have their own areas because they are too immature to answer adult questions. And i'm getting really tired of the intentional misspelling of words on the internet. It's getting old.
Reply:I agree that when younger teens/tweens write like "Plz h3re" it's really annoying. But there are some teens that are more mature than that. Not every teen writes like that, if you have ever read some of my responses, you probably couldn't tell I'm 14. There really shouldn't be anyone younger than 13 on Yahoo! Answers, because they're not supposed to be, according to the guidelines. But as someone mentioned before, the chances of pedophiles roaming around on a Teen Yahoo! Answers would be increased, because teens are the target group of many pedophiles.

You should not see 10 or 11 year olds here. Yahoo rules dictate that 13 is the minimum age.
