Die hard 4.0 cut for cinemas?

ok i know that they trimmed this version for cinemas as they have said it was trimmed for "commercial use", meaning aimed towards a younger audience but i want to know is if they are saving the real stuff for the DVD, anyone know?

By the way i have seen it and it was awesome.

Die hard 4.0 cut for cinemas?
bruce was talking about it on jono wossy's show

they had to cut it due to the amount of swears i guess in america , but thats more to get a bigger audience and a lower rating so younger ppl can watch it..
Reply:glad they removed some violence if they did
Reply:They normally do cut certain scenes so the studio can not only release it on normal DVD, but then either at the same time or a week or so later they'll release the Directors cut! Quoting "includes all the things you didn't see in the cinemas!". And the fact you and everyone else has heard it's been cut down means it's more then likely a publicity draw, so they can release a directors cut version with more public interest.
Reply:yeah i think so , when it come out on dvd it will probslly be uncut. and i so agree die hard 4.0 rocks
Reply:It's probably to do with censorship.

And it'll make more money when it's released three times.

Die Hard 4.0 - single disk version

Die Hard 4.0 - Special Edition double disk version

Die Hard 4.0 - Uncut
Reply:hope so but unsure
